Anna Chuboff was mistreated by her 68-year-old son Robert M. Rozenti to such an extent, when paramedics found her after she had a fall, they were shocked to see how underweight and dirty she was.
A police description said she was: “Unwashed, wearing clothing soaked in urine, severely underweight and emaciated.”
The report - an arrest affidavit for Rozenti - also noted the victim’s slippers had not been removed for a long period of time and had “grown into her feet,” and her toenails had taken on the shape of her shoes.
Police found traces of faeces smeared throughout Anna’s flat, and were shocked the frail woman did not even have bedding on her bare mattress.
