The 24-year-old presenter - who checked into a rehab clinic for the third time earlier this year - insists her relationship with Luke Worrall, 19, keeps her away from wild nights out with her friends.
She said: "I'm not really partying these days. I've been spending all my time with Luke. He's amazing."
Kelly and Luke are engaged, but the blonde star - the daughter of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne - insists they have no plans to marry just yet.
Speaking shortly after leaving rehab this year, she said: "I think the last thing I should be doing right now is planning a wedding."
Kelly is so determined to stay clean, she has severed ties with her pal Amy Winehouse.
The pair reportedly fell out last year when Amy stayed at Kelly's home and stunned the TV star with her "out of control" behaviour.
