The former Playboy Playmate - who installed the raunchy item in her home to keep fit - isn't sure the sexy equipment is appropriate for an expectant mother.
Kendra - who is married to American football star Hank Baskett - explained: "The stripper pole's coming down now because of the baby. Not forever, but for a while. It will be hung up in the closet."
In June, the 24-year-old beauty admitted she was terrified about giving birth, but has had time to adjust to the idea.
She added to 'E!': "I thought I was scared, but I know the moment's going to come where I'm like, 'Oh my God. It was so worth it.'
"It's only a little bit of pain for a lifetime of happiness. I'm concentrating more on what's healthy for the baby more than my weight gain. I know my weight gain will go away very fast, so if I gain weight and that's what it takes to make my baby healthy, that's what has to happen," she said.
Kendra has also spoken about her dating loves and loathes, admitting she hates being taken to the cinema and despises men who expect more than a kiss on a first date.
She wrote on her blog: "I really HATE when a guy thinks its cool to take me to the movies. Honestly what's fun about that???? How are u supposed to get to know someone when u cant speak to each other for 2 hours. He shouldn't act like he thinks he's going to seal the deal as soon as the night is ending. If he acts cocky about it then that's an immediate turnoff for me hahaha. (sic)"
