Sean Penn Told ex-wife Madonna About First On-Screen Gay Kiss

The actor locks lips with James Franco in new movie ‘Milk’ and felt compelled to tell the pop superstar - who famously kissed Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera.

James revealed: “After our kiss, Sean texted Madonna and said, ‘I just popped my cherry kissing a guy. I thought of you. I don’t know why.’ ”

In another steamy scene, Sean is required to get passionate with his co-star Mark Martinez - who plays cross-dressing disco singer Sylvester - and Mark says the kiss seemed to last “forever”.

Mark revealed: "I'm performing, and Sean comes onto the dance floor. He grabs me, and he just slaps the biggest kiss on me. It felt like the kiss was forever. I'm like, 'Is he going to stop?' I had to close my eyes, I just couldn't believe it!"

In the movie, Sean plays Harvey Milk, California's first openly gay elected official, who was assassinated by San Francisco Supervisor Dan White.

Sean – who recently reconciled with second spouse Robyn Wright Penn – married Madonna in 1985 but they divorced four years later.
