Activision Blizzard CEO Bobby Kotick Talks DJ Hero

Speaking to CNBC during the Davos, Switzerland-based World Economic Forum, Activision Blizzard CEO and President Bobby Kotick spoke about the positive prospects of his company in general. In between harping on Activision Blizzard's success and talking about his company's development process, he fielded a question about innovation in the industry and let details slip about DJ Hero.

"We have this product called DJ Hero coming out later this year, which is a turntable that you can play competitively and spin discs and mix songs," said Kotick.

This comment gives more detail to a project that has been rumored since a DJ Hero trademarking by Activision, the acquisition of B-Boy maker FreeStyle Games and a passing mention in a Joystiq interview.
