About the account security question
To ensure the security and privacy of your account, AOL LLC policy is to ask you to verify yourself prior to discussing any details about an account or before taking any action on an account. To offer you this level of security, we have implemented the Account Security Question. An Account Security Question is a question and answer you select for quick and easy verification.
