Your password should be easy for you to remember, but not for others to guess. If your password can be easily guessed, your AOL® account is not secure.
To change your password on AOL® Mail on the Web:
1. On the desktop, double-click the Internet Explorer® icon.
2. In the Address bar type http://password.aol.com/, then click the Go button.
3. Type your master E-mail address and password, then click the Sign In button.
4. Type the answer to your Account Security Question, then click the Continue button.
5. Choose the E-mail address for which you want to change the password by clicking it, then click the Continue button.
6. In the New Password: box type the desired password.
7. In the Confirm Password: box re-type the new password again, then click the Save button.
