You can use the AOL® Mail on the Web Mail Controls to block e-mails from a specific e-mail address or domain.


Note: A domain is the part of the e-mail address after the @ symbol. For example, if the e-mail address is address@aol.com, aol.com® would be the domain.


Block an e-mail address or domain


When you do not want to receive e-mail from a specific e-mail address or domain, you can add them to your Mail Controls block list.


To block an e-mail address or domain:
1. Go to http://www.aol.com.au/, then click the Mail icon.
2. In the E-mail address: box, type your AOL® E-mail address.
3. In the Password: box, type your AOL® password.
4. Click the Sign In button.
5. In the upper right, click the Settings link.
6. Click the Spam Controls link.
7. In the Spam Filters by Address section, click the drop-down menu, then choose Custom from the list.
8. Choose the Block mail from option by clicking it.
9. In the Enter Email Address box, type the e-mail addresses which you wish to block.
10. Click the + button to insert the e-mail addresses in the box provided below.
11. Click the Save button to save the changes.
