If you have received an interesting e-mail which you would like to share, use the Forward feature!
Forward an e-mail
Forwarding an e-mail allows you to share information conveniently and efficiently. When you forward an e-mail, you can send it to multiple recipients, change the text in the message or subject fields, add new text above or below the original message, and change the attachments included.
Note: When you forward a message that has attachments, the files attached to the original message are automatically attached to your forwarded message. If you don't want your forwarded message to include these attachments, you can easily remove them from the e-mail before you send it.
To forward an e-mail:
1. Open the piece of e-mail you want to forward.
2. Click the Forward button.
3. In the To: and/or the Cc: and Bcc: boxes, type the e-mail address of the person to whom you want to send e-mail. To send the same message to more than one recipient, type a comma, then type the next e-mail address.
Note: If you do not see the To:, Cc: and/or the Bcc: boxes, click the respective links.
4. If needed, type your message in the large message box.
5. Click the Send button.
6. Click the Back to New Mail button to continue reading your mails.
