Guys, have you ever lifted a lady's purse? It's heavy, isn't it? Now comes word that those highly-fashionable oversized handbags and skyscraper high heels could be killing women--slowly, but surely.

Sometimes the heels really are too high and the skirts really are too tight. A model walking the runway during New York Fashion Week fell on her tushie. And in her short little outfit, there really was quite a bit to see! (She wasn't hurt.)

London's Daily Express reports that women's handbags are so heavy because (duh!) there is so much in them. "Pressure on the joints can lead to inflammation or muscle, tendon or ligament damage. This could lead to long-term problems," Dr. Rosemary Leonard told the paper.

She better not bend over--or else! Click to see super sexy images of Cameron Diaz in mile-high stiletto heels and a micro-mini dress that barely covers what God gave her.

These are the 10 items found in a typical woman's purse, which add up to a weight of about seven pounds or even more:
1. Make-up bag
2. Camera phone
3. Diary
4. Book or magazine
5. Fold-up umbrella
6. iPod
7. Hairbrush
8. Keys
9. Wallet
10. Hand cream

Oh gross! WHAT is on your purse? It's no urban legend. The bottom of your purse really is coated with bacteria. Find out how to get rid of it.

While 20 percent of the 1,000 women questioned for this survey admit they worry about causing potential long-term damage from lugging around a heavy purse or wearing killer heels, they would never stop doing either one. High heels, in particular, give women confidence. More than half of working women wear heels at least three times a week, reports the Daily Express, which creates much pressure on the toes, backs and shoulders.

Improve your sex life, ladies. Just wear this!
