Anupama Dayal launched her label 'Anupamaa' in 2004 and has accrued tremendous success in the high fashion world. Her performances in fashion weeks have been voted as standouts by Style.com, Elle America, and JC Penny. Elle India has also voted her as one of the 10 women to watch out for in 2007. Vogue UK has declared her fall winter collection as 'easily the prettiest' at Lakme Fashion Week and granted her the title of 'London's New Best Friend'.
Her work is unique, as her design philosophy is to achieve an international appearance possessed by an Indian soul. She creates a harmonious blend of nature, history and modernism in a joyous outburst. The foundation of her work remains the revival of ancient hand printing and needle work techniques.

The collection
A four-leafed clover is a symbol of luck, the four leaves symbolizing love, luck, prosperity and happiness. This collection called 'Clover' seeks to combine the raw beauty, depth and exuberance of a Himalayan forest with the cutting edged fashion needs of the modern woman.
If not a designer, Anupama would probably have been a 'naturalist'. Her passion for nature coupled with her love for and knowledge of flowers has exploded in this joyous and modern collection that is rich in saturated colours clashing with mix and match. The embellishment is eclectic… collages of wood, mirror, glass and textile.
