Kate Gosselin, the mother in the realty TV train wreck of a family, told TLC that a part of her still loves Jon and that she was hard on him during their marriage. Jon, of course, is Jon Gosselin and the two of them were the stars, along with their eight children of "Jon & Kate Plus 8." That was before Jon was caught by the paparazzi with another woman, he left his family and then the drama got so intense it was too much for reality TV (Who knew such a thing was even possible?) and the show was shuttered. "I was very hard on him and I would never deny that. I felt very much like a lot of weight rested on my shoulders." "I was wrong to treat him that way. Was it good, healthy and wonderful? No. Am I proud of those moments that were captured? No." "A part of me always will [love Jon]. It's hard to be married to somebody for 10 years and try to say, 'No, I don't love them anymore.' It doesn't work really well. I love the memories that we have together." "We can't turn life off. You're viewing our lives; yes, you can turn it off. I can't turn life off. In the last nine, 10 months, it's gotten real crazy, and I can't seem to get away from it." Although she insists all Kate wants is "peace" for her eight children, she refuses to step out of the public spotlight. "We're too far gone. Stepping out of the spotlight when it's prudent to do so is a good thing."
