Erin Andrews is smokin' hot in this dress--a very low-cut, revealing and skin-tight gown.
One big question lingers: Who shot the video of Andrews completely naked in a hotel room? Front shots. Side shots. Back shots. She has given every indication that it was shot without her knowledge or permission. Now Radaronline.com is reporting it was likely taken by a fellow ESPN employee. They know this much for sure: The video was originally uploaded to the French Web site Dailymotion.com. Radaronline.com reports it was uploaded by a user named Goblazers1 who has been identified as a 49-year-old American male.

TMZ.com is reporting that the video appears to be not one continuous film, but rather multiple clips that were filmed in at least two different locations. How can they tell? The grainy shots taken from a makeshift peephole show different peepholes. TMZ thinks it's six separate clips--four of which were filmed at one hotel and two from a different hotel. The first four clips were filmed through a round peephole, while the other clips were filmed through a jagged hole. In addition, there is different furniture in each of the rooms. TMZ is speculating that the alleged peeping tom was someone who had knowledge of Andrews' schedule--possibly an ESPN employee.
Guess who is afraid to be naked?
Here is a statement from Andrews' attorney, Marshall Grossman: "Although the perpetrator or perpetrators of this criminal act have not yet been identified, when they are identified she intends to bring both civil and criminal charges against them and against anyone who has published the material. We request respect of Erin's privacy at this time, while she and her representatives are working with the authorities." Here's an interesting fact: Just 19 states have laws that ban filming someone without their knowledge.
