Claim Sexual Confidence

Okay, okay, okay. We all know that a little confidence goes a long way in boosting your sex appeal. But that can be challenging in an anything-goes society where we're constantly assaulted by images of the profoundly sexy on TV and in the movies.

You can carry off that bedroom swagger by casting off these common insecurities:

Ex-cellent Sex in the Past. You might fret having heard how wild the sex was when your honey was in that last relationship, but remember that an ex is an ex for a reason. And your sweetie isn't still dating Mr.or Miss Wild Times, they're dating you.

You're Not Model Perfect. When you're naked, that's all anyone notices. In the throes of passion, your lover is not noticing your abs are not exactly made of steel. They're just happy your abs are not exactly wearing clothes. Same holds true for guys. Trust that your girlfriend isn't thinking you come up short compared to that well-endowed actor.

Pressure to be a Porn Star. Sex on television and sex in your bedroom are two very different things, and all but the least sensitive lover gets that. It's like playing a skateboarding video game vs. actually skateboarding. Actually being with you is far more appealing that watching some stranger have all the fun.

Friends Who Share Too Much. Pals who love to regale you with tales of their latest headboard-breaking sexual exploits, can make you feel like your sexual heat is a Zippo lighter compared to their house fire of passion. Remind yourself of your differences with your friends - if you don't like the same flavor of ice cream, why should you like the same sexual style? And, most importantly, sex is a way to express your feelings for someone, not something to be judged and rated on.

Timing Isn't Everything. Sure, in the movies, the heroine and hero are both up for sex at the same time and, of course, enjoy that ever-elusive shared climax. The reality is a lot less synchronous. Consider the research finding that men take an average of three to five minutes to come, and women about 20. You do the math.
