The troubled singer's tracks 'You Know I'm No Good' and 'Love is a Losing Game' are both up for best song, while 'Rehab' - which won last year's best contemporary song - is a contender for best selling British song.
Mika's hit 'Grace Kelly' and Beyonce Knowles' duet with Shakira, 'Beautiful Liar' are also contenders for the best selling British song, while Ben's Brother track 'Let Me Out' will compete with Winehouse in the best song category.
Nominees for the best contemporary song prize include Kate Nash with 'Foundations', 'Golden Skans' by the Klaxons and Cherry Ghost's 'People Help The People'.
The music from movies 'Atonement', 'Becoming Jane' and 'La Vie en Rose' are up for the best original film score, while 'Oliver Twist', 'Primo' and 'Who Killed Mrs de Ropp?' will compete for best television soundtrack.
The awards - which honour British music publishers, songwriters and composers - will be held at London's Grosvenor House on May 22.
Another eight awards - which include the lifetime achievement accolade - will be presented on the day.
