The 'Heroes' actress, who has spent months decorating the property, is still waiting for her best friend to move in so she can throw a housewarming party.
She said: "I bought a house. I spent my summer setting up my new house and buying furniture. It's a good size. It's contemporary. It's a space that doesn't need a lot of clutter in it, so it's pretty simple.
My best friend from home, from New York, is actually moving in with me for a year. So it's not like I'm living in this house, partying by myself."
When asked if she is planning to host frequent parties in the property, Hayden replied: "Oh, yeah! I have this big living room and I have this 14ft by 14ft couch. I fill pretty much the whole room with it and it's kind of the hangout spot. It's comfy and people can make a mess in the room."
Although the 18-year-old has moved out of her parents' house, she still regularly stays with them and even asks them to wash her dirty laundry.
She added to America's OK! magazine: "My parents are down the street so when it's late at night and I don't feel like being by myself, I'll be like, 'Hi, dad.' He'll say, 'Just come over.' I'll be like, 'OK! Twist my arm!' I still want a mom and dad to take care of me and do my laundry, because I can't do it. No, I'm kidding. I can do laundry!"
