Fritzl shocked the world last year when it was revealed he had locked his daughter in a small basement flat with no natural light for 24 years and sired seven children by raping her, unbeknownst to his family who lived upstairs.

Actor Hubert 'Hubsi' Kramar says his play is a satire on the Austrian society which let such conduct remain unnoticed for so long.

He promised viewers of the play will see: "Not only Herr Fritzl, but also Fritzl the son, Fritzl the daughter and the Fritzl monster."

Kramar – who was arrested in 2000 for attending Vienna’s prestigious Opera Ball dressed as Adolf Hitler – plans to stage his play from February 23 at the Austrian capital’s ‘3raum-anatomietheater’ Theatre.
