In a June 2 story about Tyson Foods' decision to remove "raised without antibiotics" labels from its chicken products, The Associated Press reported erroneously that a federal court had ordered it to do so.
An April 22 court injunction ordered Tyson to stop advertising its chicken as "raised without antibiotics," but did not order the company to change its labels. Still, Tyson said it was voluntarily withdrawing the slogan from ads and labels.
