Slovenian police say DNA tests prove that a body found in the Sava River in neighboring Croatia is the 13th victim of last week's boating accident.
The body was found Monday near Samobor in northern Croatia, 40 kilometers (25 miles) downstream from Slovenian town of Sevnica, where the accident occurred.
Slovenian rescuers have pulled 12 bodies out of the river near Sevnica following Thursday's accident, in which two large canoes were crushed while trying to run over a dam under construction near Sevnica. Only one participant survived.
The trip _ dubbed "The Final Descent" _ was to be the last ride down that section of the river, which will soon be blocked by the hydroelectric plant.
