Prince William County police said a man accused of stealing a dog from a 15-year-old boy has been charged with robbery. Police said the boy was walking his dog Sunday just before 11 p.m. when the man ordered the boy to give him everything he had in his pockets.
When the boy told the man he didn't have anything, the man took his dog.
Police say they found a 20-year-old man near the scene and located the boy's dog.
The man was charged with robbery and is being held without bond.
