Olympic field hockey champion Australia drew 2-2 with South Korea on Wednesday to remain unbeaten in a three-match series to warm up for next month's Beijing Games.
Australia won the opening two matches 4-1 and 4-3 and led the third match 2-1 on Wednesday before a Korean field goal in the 69th minute forced the equalizer.
Kookaburras coach Barry Dancer said selecting his Olympic squad was one of his toughest assignments in seven years in charge but was confident he had the right balance for the Beijing Olympics.
"There were very experienced players left out but the depth of the squad has increased, the depth of the quality has increased and we are in a much healthier position ... than we were 18 months," he said.
